It looks like Martha’s link to the 7 Minute Frosting recipe that I used, isn’t working. But *here* is an alternate recipe, that actually looks easier to make than the one I used.
The cookie description that I had, said that these cookies are small. My recipe stated to use 1 1/2 T. of dough for each cookie. My cookies are ginormous! If I were to make these again, I would use just 1 T. of dough per cookie. Happy baking! : )
