Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you are all having a wonderful fall Thanksgiving day!

Usually Josh and I host Thanksgiving dinner.
Which means that I spend the week before the big day cleaning, planning, shopping and cooking – as I’m sure many of you have been.

This year our friends Sam and David have offered to host,
so this past week I’ve been able to do some sewing.

Later today I’ll be making these Salmon Deviled Eggs and this Pumpkin Pie
to take with us when we go to Sam and David’s.
Both are a big hit with our crowd : )

Tomorrow I’ll be adding three new finished items to my Etsy shop.
Here’s a sneak peek just for you, my blog readers:
(You can click on the photos to zoom.)

This is my Kitten Sewing Set,
which includes a needlebook, pincushion and tasket for organizing all your sewing supplies. The kitten is playing with a ball of yarn : )

This is my Bumble Bee Sewing Set, which also includes a needlebook, pincushion and tasket. I had fun embroidering this little bee!

And these are my beaded present ornaments (they make great gift toppers, too!)

********************************************************************************************

I hope you all have a lovely day.

I feel like this year especially I have so many things to be thankful for.

Most of all my friends, my family and my Josh : )

I’m glad you had a break this Thanksgiving, it’s nice not to have to do “it all” sometimes.
