My name is Jenn and I am an artist and seamstress.
This blog will be about my WIP (work in progress) and things that inspire me to create.
First off – here is a photo of my creative space. My studio. When we bought our home this room came with purple painted trim and large unrealistic clouds painted on the ceiling. After living with that for a while I had to tone it down. Four coats of paint later, it is a calm soft butter yellow with white trim and ceiling and I love it!

The during projects reminds me of my office right now…lol.

Oh, isn’t the butter yellow and white combo so calm and joyful? I painted our bedroom the exact same colors you’ve got going on here back in ‘04 and it is the best room in the house. I just hope I can get the exact same paint next year when it is time to freshen it up again.
